Shipping:

Orders are processed generally within 2 business days of receipt and payment clearing, and should arrive in 7 business days or less.  Shipping is via UPS Ground.  A physical address must be provided for shipping purposes.  Post Office Boxes will not be accepted.  Shipping is based on weight, with a minimum shipping charge of $7.95.  Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska have a $15.95 minimum shipping charge, and ship Air Mail Only, taking 2 weeks for delivery.

All items carry insurance and must be signed for.  If you request on your order for "No Signature Required", and UPS signs off that it has been delivered, any liability for missing or damaged items will be yours. 

We apologize for any inconvenience, however we do not ship outside the USA, to Guam, PR, APO's/AFO's/Military Bases.

Return Policy:

We have a 10 Day 100% guarantee on merchandise from the date of delivery.  You must contact us using our Contact Us Form to make arrangements for returns.  We will provide instructions to you via email on how to properly return merchandise.  Please do not simply return merchandise without pre-arrangement, as your return rights will be voided.  All returns for reasons other than Damage will be charged a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping.

If you received Damaged merchandise, please contact us using the Contact Us Form.  Please indicate "Damaged Merchandise" along with your order number in your message, with a thorough description of the damages.  This process applies to any missing items as well.  You may be asked to provide digital images of the damages.  You will be provided instructions for shipping the damaged merchandise, and a credit will be processed within 48 hours.
